Enchanted's First Member Revealed To Be Kang Sowon

Kakao M just revealed Enchanted's first member and we couldn't be happier for Kang Sowon.

The first girl revealed to debut in Enchanted is no other than Kang Sowon, also known as Jade. Kang Sowon is a name very known to the public of South Korea, especially now that she is seen in High School Rapper 2. She has been a trainee since 2010, a training period where most individuals would have given up. Jade has always been strong in the industry, starting with her SM.Rookies journey. She was a regular member of "Mickey Mouse Club" in 2015 until she left the agency in October of that year. After that Sowon was known to move agencies quite a lot until she has finally found the right one, that being Kakao M!

Jade was born on October 31st 1999, making her 18 years old as of now. She is korean, but spent most of her childhood in London, England. Rumour has it that her father is fully british, but it was never confirmed by Jade herself. Her profile reveals that she will be Enchanted's first leader, hinting that the group will have more than one. She will be in charge of rap and vocals, however it is pointed out by her agency that she is a skilled dancer as well.
