Kakao M Announces Their First Girl Group

Kakao M just announced their first ever Girl Group and we are just as excited as you are!

For some Kakao M may not be the most known name in the entertainment industry but it surely is one of the most influencial mass media entertainments in the whole of South Korea, if not the whole of Asia. With the changes that were announced in January this year, Kakao M seems to get ready to enter the Kpop-World.

Just a few hours ago Kakao M has held a press conference announcing their first ever Girl Group is in the making and the deatils may shock you. It seems as if Kakao M doesn't shy away from big investments for their upcoming "groundbreaking" Girl Group. Why you ask? Kakao M has made a deal with some of their subsidairy labels including Starship Entertainment and Plan A Entertainment. Therefore, group activities will be managed by Kakao M whereas solo activities will be managed by the Trainee's company.

Rumour has it that Kakao M are planning a larger group with at least nine members. What we do know for sure is that the entertainment plans to debut Sub Units as well as a webtoon with an original storyline for the girls. Kakkao M are very secretive with their selected trainees, so right know there aren't any known trainees. So stay tuned!
